What forms of payment do you accept?
We acknowledge and accept a wide variety of payments including: Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system.  We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store credit card information. 
 
How and from where do you ship your products?
Our various manufacturers ship directly to the address you provide at check out.  Most customers ship the product to their home.  This helps for a quicker delivery to you, as opposed to shipping it from our office.  Saving our customers both time and money is of utmost importance to Wine Culture Direct. 
 
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At the moment, goods cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
 
What do I do if my goods are harmed, damaged or faulty upon delivery?
We highly recommend a thorough check of the packaging of your item(s) upon its arrival.  Please note any immediate damage when signing the delivery form.  In the rare occasion that you do receive any damaged or faulty products, please send photographs to returns@WineCultureDirect.com immediately and we will get in touch with you at our earliest opportunity to assist you with an exchange.
Damaged products or products missing parts/items must be reported within 3 days of receipt for this to apply, otherwise product and/or shipping charges may be incurred.

Wine Culture Direct enlists the appropriate physical, electronic, and standard procedural safeguards to assist in protecting against any loss, misuse, or alteration of any information you may provide our site. We use industry-standard, 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data.
